What is it? Vitamin B6 is water-soluble and exists in three different forms such as... pyridoxine, pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine. This is not all that important to know but is just fyi if you wanted to do a lot more research on the issue. Helps accomplish the following: 1. Maintain blood glucose in a normal range 2. Increase the amount of oxygen carried by hemoglobin 3. Assists in red blood cell metabolism 4. Maintain a healthy immune system 5.
