Here are some simple steps to help you get started.  These and many other questions you should be asking yourself to ensure that you are not "wasting" valuable time on a stair master when you should be doing something else.  It has really helped me when I do the following things:

  1. Have a plan of what I am going to do before I go
  2. Keep a log so I can notice my progress which helps keeps me motivated
  3. Set apart time each day to work out

Any one of these items could help alone but by putting them all together I ensure that I am doing my best to get to my best and you can to!
