With so many health benefits within soy products,it is an enormous surprise that more of us are not consuming thisnourishing food.

First of all it is important to be aware of someof the ways that you can get more soy into your diet. Soy can be foundin countless forms and countless products, some examples include: soybeans, soy milk, soy burgers, and tofu. If you are afraid of making anabrupt switch into soy, there are many ways to ease into using more soyin your diet. For instance, when making tacos, you can replace some ofthe ground meat with a few crumbles of soy burger. See if you can eventaste the difference! No matter what type of soy product you chose, your body will benefit by absorbing an excellent source of protein. Theprotein that is found in soy is mostly unsaturated, which means that ithas no cholesterol and is low in saturated fats. Soy is also rich incalcium, iron, zinc, potassium, B-vitamins, and omega-3 fatty acids.
